We are pleased to offer a wide range of high-quality training courses, workshops and events designed to develop the skills and knowledge of staff and volunteers at Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations in Redbridge.
All our training is free and delivered by qualified trainers who offer a wealth of experience and expertise.
Our courses are either delivered online, or in person and are designed to be accessible to all levels. Courses are usually 2-3 hours long.
Redbridge Institute of Adult Education is rated “outstanding” by Ofsted and provides both accredited and non-accredited learning for adults and families, including progression pathways towards potential careers.

Our scheduled courses are charged at £60 (public sector) and £100 (private sector) for our courses under 4 hours, or £120 (public sector sector) and £200 (private sector) for training of 4 hours or more.
Participants may change the named person attending the course or transfer their payment to a different course at no additional charge once within a six month period.
Participants/organisations will be entitled to a full refund if Community Action Redbridge cancels a training course.
