We’re Community Action Redbridge, and we help people make the changes they want to see in their communities.
Redbridge never stands still, and neither do we. Over the last 30 years we’ve supported more than 400 local groups with an incredible mix of ideas, from community gardens to advice helplines.
Our members include community groups and charities (like us), social businesses, faith groups, and arts organisations. Together, we make sure everyone in Redbridge has a voice in the decisions that affect them.
If you want to build something better, join us. We’re ready if you are.
Our vision is of a fairer Redbridge where everyone and every community thrives.
Our mission is to support strong and resilient communities where people lead happy, health and fulfilling lives.

We learn:
We continuously evolve and grow. We experiment and explore to find new ways of understanding the challenges we face, and new solutions to address them.

We see the big picture:
We look at things through a wide lens. We don’t just focus on the individual parts that make up a whole, but on the connections, relationships and interactions between them.
Real change happens when we work together. Interested in working with us to create a fairer Redbridge?
