This research development project is being co-led by Community Action Redbridge and the University of Hertfordshire and hosted by NHS North East London.

Developed and delivered in collaboration with Young Advisors, the project aims to create a strong and lasting partnership in North-East London (NEL) between young people and the adults who work with them.

We'll be bringing together local young people and organisations across sectors to work and learn together, to explore how young people's participation in health and care can lead to more responsive, inclusive and sustainable solutions.

This work will inform the future development of the North East London Integrated Care System (ICS) as well as underpinning further national research on best practice in inclusive participation of young people in integrated care systems.

The PANELS (PArticipation of under-served young people in NE London health and wellbeing Services) project is funded by an National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) programme development grant (award 207070) and supported by the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration East of England.

Any views expressed are those of the project team and not necessarily those of the NIHR or the Department of Health and Social Care.
