Are you passionate about supporting young people and adults with learning disabilities or autism? Redbridge Forum are seeking a Lead Project Worker for the 'Brighter Futures' initiative.

Role Overview:

• Lead and Develop: Oversee the project, supporting clients and their family.

• Collaborate: Work with staff and volunteers to deliver outcomes.

• Ensure Safety: Conduct risk assessments and manage activities safely.

• Organize: Plan activities, monitor progress, and keep accurate records.

• Engage: Support client participation and work with stakeholders.

Key Areas:

• Health: Organize health sessions and wellbeing activities.

• Finances: Assist with benefit forms and budgeting tools.

• Community: Host forums and represent the community.
