We’re really pleased to announce that we’ve been awarded the Local Infrastructure Quality Accreditation (LIQA).
Awarded by NAVCA, (the membership body for Local Infrastructure Organisations in England) the accreditation enables us to benchmark our work against a clear set of outcomes and identify opportunities for future development.
The process involved a rigorous assessment, requiring evidence of outcomes and self-reflection, against the four key functions of local infrastructure organisations like ours, as determined by NAVCA.
The four areas are:
· Leadership and Advocacy
· Partnerships and Collaboration
· Capacity Building
· Volunteering
Jenny Ellis, CEO at Community Action Redbridge said:
“We are thrilled to have been awarded the LIQA in recognition of our work and impact, demonstrating our commitment to providing high quality infrastructure support in Redbridge. I am so proud and grateful to our incredible team whose hard work and dedication have made this achievement possible.
The independent assessment highlighted both the quality of our current work as well as our ambitious plans for future development, showing our commitment to continuous learning and innovation. We are very much looking forward to continuing to work with our members and communities towards our vision of a fairer Redbridge where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive”.
